Mahan's (Indo-Pacific) Yardstick

Based on a Twitter follower's suggestion, I adapted the 3500nm "Mahan's Yardstick" map to include Diego Garcia, essentially pivoting west around Guam. Makes for an interesting perspective on the Indo-Pacific. I first made the yardstick argument in Proceedings in 2019 (article here). There is a pleasant alignment and symmetry in how the 3500nm and 1000nm range rings meet to show the 4500nm between the two islands.
