After many revisions and versions, I am ready to share my new wall map, "East Asia and the Pacific: Viewed from Eurasia." This map is designed to be printed large. The native size is 20" x 30", which is a standard frame size if one were inclined to put it up on their wall.
The style is one I have played with a lot in recent years and will look familiar if you have been to this site before. My appreciation for Richard Edes Harrison and my attempts to emulate some of his style are obvious.
The high-resolution download (200+ MB) is here. I am sharing this under a Creative Commons license, so you are free to reproduce, reuse, and share the map as long as you attribute it to me.
It will print smaller than 20x30 but the labels might get very hard to see. It will probably also print well even larger, as the file I linked was exported at 600 dpi, but I have not tried it yet.
